About

Welcome to Reidman College – International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine.

As the leading college in the field of the Integrative and the Natural medicine in Israel for over 30 years, Reidman College is the embodiment of the vision of Ms. Sally Reidman, who immigrated to Israel in 1983 from Los Angeles, California, USA with the mission of “Healing Ourselves; Healing the Planet”.

In 1987 she founded a small school for holistic massage based on the above mission. She believes that when you touch someone, you touch their soul. And, when touched appropriately, besides bringing physical relief to sore muscles, massage could provide a profound psychological experience for the recipient. Over the years that small school grew to be the largest college in Israel for Complementary and Integrative Medicine. Having accumulated almost 35 years of experience and reputation, “Reidman” is now Israel's leading college in the field of Integrative and Natural Medicine with graduates working in every sector of Israel society; including hospitals and the National Health funds.

As of today, September 20th, 2021, Reidman College has over 3495 students with 426 of them being in the Chinese Medicine department.  There are approximately 75 administrative employees and 511 part-time teaching faculty spread out over the campuses with 104 of them in the Chinese Medicine department.

Reidman College students benefit from a wide range of training programs available for therapists combining Traditional Natural Medicine with research-based allopathic medicine. The programs are taught at a high academic-level and are recognized both by universities and colleges abroad and by professional associations of the complementary medicine field both in Israel, China, the U.S. and Europe. These options have proven to be extremely popular. We have built two video recording studios at the main campus headquarters located in Tel Aviv/Ramat Aviv. Additionally, each classroom is equipped with the latest technology enabling students who cannot attend, to participate in their class a ”Live” option so they do not have to miss lessons if unable to attend  physically due to isolation, illness, vacation or any other reason.
